The tautological rings of the Kontsevich-Manin spaces of stable maps.”

We introduce the tautological rings of the moduli spaces of genus 0 stable
maps to flag varieties. We show that the cohomology and Chow groups of
these moduli spaces are spanned by the tautological classes. Moreover, we
indicate a procedure of obtaining relations between the tautological
classes; this recovers known reconstruction theorems of Gromov-Witten
invariants.
